Warwick Way Construction Updates - 30.01.2026

Phase 1 Churton Street (between Charlwood Place and Churton Place)

All footway works are complete along Churton Street between Charlwood Place and Churton Place, except for the loading bay immediately outside No. 23. Paving works outside No. 23 will resume once the ongoing investigations are concluded.

 Phase 2 Churton Street (between Charlwood Place and Belgrave Road)

Construction is on-going along Churton Street between Charlwood Place and Belgrave Road.   Cadent Gas are currently undertaking emergency works and Thames Water are also expected to repair a reported water leak within this phase.  The remaining paving works along this section is expected to be completed by mid-February.

Phase 1-5 Warwick Way & Phase 6 Upper Tachbrook Street (between Longmoore Street and Warwick Way)

Works are complete for phases 1 to 6 along Warwick Way & Upper Tachbrook Street. However, tree pits and tree planting works are remaining, which will be completed in the coming weeks.
