Warwick Way Construction Updates - 21.11.2025

Phase 1-5 Warwick Way & Phase 6 Upper Tachbrook Street (between Longmoore Street and Warwick Way)

Works are complete for phases 1 to 6 along Warwick Way & Upper Tachbrook Street.  However tree pits works remaining, which will be completed in the coming weeks.

Phase 1 Churton Street (between Tachbrook Street and Charlwood Place)

All footway works are complete along northwest side of Churton Place between Tachbrook Street and Charlwood Place.  On the southeast side, paving woks are on-going and nearing completion except for the loading bay and footway immediately outside No. 23.  Until ongoing investigations related to No. 23 are concluded, paving works immediately outside cannot be completed. 

Phase 2 Churton Street (between Charlwood Place and Belgrave Road)

Drainage and paving works on-going for Stage 2.  Construction works expected to be completed on 19^th December.
