Westminster Street Trading and Markets Consultation 2026
Street trading and markets play an important role in shaping Westminster’s streets, supporting local businesses and creating vibrant places across the city.
We are developing a new package of proposals for how street trading and markets are licensed, managed, and supported, including an updated Street Trading Policy, Market Strategy, Fees and Charges and Standard Conditions.
We want to create a clearer, more consistent and better managed street trading and markets service that works for everyone.
