Timeline

Public Consultation

13th August 2025 - 17th September 2025
The consultation period will last five weeks. Consultation is open from noon on 13 August and closes at 23.59pm on 17 September 2025.

Analysis of responses

September - November
All feedback from the questionnaire will be formally analysed. Westminster City Council and the developer will then discuss the outcome of the consultation and take into account the responses when considering next steps for the scheme. A ‘You Said We Did report’ will be published on the Commonplace website.

Construction

Dates of construction are yet to be decided.
