You are invited to an informational open house and presentation regarding the progress of the design of the Winter Haven Recreation & Cultural Center Project and the Lake Maude Recreation Park Phase II Project

Our team is excited to share the progress of the Winter Haven Recreational Cultural Center project. The new facility will include a recreation center with a double gym, library & technology area, fitness center, recreational programing spaces and community meeting spaces. The exterior will feature a new aquatics facility, splash pad, playground, picnic areas, basketball court, a baseball field, and other amenities.

The Lake Maude Recreation Park Phase II is proposed to include two new baseball fields, an additional multipurpose field, expanded parking areas, sidewalks and traffic calming improvements along surrounding roads.

The Informational Open House will be an opportunity for you to view the latest progress on the projects and receive information on the timeframes.
