City Hall Annex Renovation Project

Renovation Background

Renovations to the Winter Haven City Hall Annex building will make room for new office spaces and equipment. Parking spaces will be expanded to accommodate more customers once the site is complete. The City's Building and permitting Division will relocate to the Annex. The renovation will provide the Division with more room to tackle projects. Customers will have access to a modernized customer service station.
