Construction Beginning - 8/21

This week, you will start to see the first construction steps along Central and 4th Street NW.

Initial Construction Details:

• Cathcart Construction will begin construction on the sidewalk café sites starting Monday, August 21st.
• The first steps beginning next week are setting up the construction fencing and removing the palm trees.
• There will be a minimum of a four (4) foot wide walkway adjacent to the buildings throughout the project.
• We are still on track with the original completion date of the holidays.
