About the Project
Grand Central is a private redevelopment project that will restore and repurpose four existing buildings near the intersection of West Central Avenue and 3rd Street SW in Downtown Winter Haven.
The project will preserve elements of the buildings' historic character while creating new opportunities for restaurants, offices, coworking spaces, event space, and other businesses.
The project is being led by Six/Ten, LLC. While this is not a City construction project, the City is working closely with the development team to coordinate construction activities that may affect public roads, sidewalks, and parking.
Additional temporary road or sidewalk closures may be necessary as construction progresses. Information about those impacts will be shared as plans and schedules are confirmed.
