Downtown Sidewalk Café Expansion

Sidewalk cafes are permanantly returning to downtown Winter Haven! The tempoarary spaces were a hit during the pandemic and now they are coming back. We have designed spaces along Central Avenue between 2nd Street NW (starting at the crosswalk mid block) and 4th Street NW and two along 4th Street NW facing Central Park.
Some important things to know:

• Access to all businesses along this street will be open for the entire project.
• Street closures will occur temporarily during some phases of the project.
• The parking garage is open with available spaces to park.
