Chain of Lakes Trail Bridges Repair Project

Pedestrian bridge maintenance will be performed on two bridges along the Chain of Lakes Trail beginning July 7, 2025. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Temporary closures of the bridges may occur throughout the project to ensure public safety as crews work.

• Bridge 1 is located just north of the Conine & Hartridge Canal, south of Carefree Cove Drive, and east of Highway 17.
• Bridge 2 is located just north of Sanctuary Boulevard, crossing the canal that connects to the west side of Lake Rochelle.
