Routine maintenance will be completed in phases on the downtown parking garage summer 2025. Sections of the garage or select parking spots may be closed periodically to keep all people and property safe as crews work.

Important Dates
Maintenance Work Begins
Crews will be in the parking garage beginning work on the third level. Portions of the second level and all of the third level will be shut down daily while work is being completed. Daily work hours are approximately 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
