Lake Maude Phase II

Lake Maude Recreation Park was completed in 2018 and includes a stadium football field, practice/festival grounds field, playground, picnic areas, parking areas and sidewalks. The Park is nestled into the surrounding neighborhood. Phase II of the Park will include two new baseball fields, an additional practice field, additional parking areas, connecting sidewalks. The project also will include pedestrian and traffic calming improvements along Avenue O NE and 7th Street NE. Portable fencing in the outfields of the baseball fields will allow flexibility in utlizing the site for festivals and events.
