Mill and Overlay Road Work

As part of the City’s ongoing pavement management program, Hubbard Construction will begin milling and repaving work throughout the City on select streets. All roads listed will remain open during construction, with traffic directed by crews on site.

Milling and repaving is a road rehabilitation process that restores worn asphalt by removing the top layer with a milling machine and replacing it with new asphalt. This process extends pavement life and fixes surface issues.

Work is scheduled to begin Monday, January 26, 2026, and continue through Thursday, February 26, 2026. Hours of operation will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Provisions will be made to minimize inconvenience to businesses, residents, and routine services such as mail delivery. Drivers should follow all flaggers and detour signs for safety.

Digital message boards and information signage will be placed in the vicinity of the work in advance to alert motorists who travel the area.
