About the Project
The City of Winter Haven is planning improvements to the historic Ritz Theatre in Downtown Winter Haven.
The project includes replacing the building's roof and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. These improvements are intended to maintain the building and support its continued use as a downtown arts and entertainment venue.
Funding for the improvements is included in the City's Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget.
