Project Overview
The Town of Yorktown will complete roadway resurfacing improvements along S Andrews Road, beginning at the State Road 32 intersection and extending south toward the Autumn Acres area.
This corridor serves residential neighborhoods and local traffic, and resurfacing will improve roadway conditions while extending the service life of the pavement.
Project Limits
Start: State Road 32 intersection (State Right of Way)
End: Approximately the Autumn Acres area
Work will begin at the State Right of Way (SROW) along State Road 32 and extend south along S Andrews Road.
Funding
This project is part of Yorktown’s 2026 Community Crossings road program, representing a total infrastructure investment of $690,419.68.
Through the INDOT Community Crossings Matching Grant Program, half of the project costs are funded through state grant support, with the remaining half funded locally.
Yorktown leadership continues to aggressively pursue these grants to expand the number of roadway improvements completed each year.
What Residents Can Expect
Temporary lane adjustments or brief traffic interruptions may occur while resurfacing work is underway. Project updates and scheduling information will be shared as construction timelines are confirmed.
