14th Street Improvement Updates

The 14th Street improvements are progressing nicely!

Updates include:

Phase 1:
The road is anticipated to open to the public mid-November, upon the completion of:

• Curb and gutters at the 14th Street entrance and exit of AMS.
• Pavement markings on the new road is expected to begin the first week of November. The crew is currently waiting on completion of repairs to the epoxy
  machine to proceed.

Phase 1.5:
Will begin upon the completion of Phase 1, and the water line installation along AHS. This phase is now anticipated to begin mid to late November, weather permitting.

• This phase will extend from east of Cedar to Buckeye.
• The intersection of Cedar and 14th will remain open, except the east side.

Phase 2:
This phase is expected to begin March 1, 2024, or sooner, weather permitting, and completed by August 1, 2024.
