City Council changes to UGB to be considered on 6-13 meeting. Also, new UGB Update Map and additional public comment posted

At its meeting of May 23, the City Council directed staff to remove "Sites D & E" from the UGB Update initiative and to return with revised documents at the June 13 City Council meeting. These sites were those to the south and the west of the City limits,which were proposed conditional expansions of the UGB and had caused some confusion among many of the commenters.

The revised map has been posted on the Buellton Engage UGB Update page (and included in this message), and the revised initiative language, which is still in review, is expected to be posted there later today or tomorrow. A staff report on the UGB Update item for the 6/13 City Council meeting will be posted next week.

Additionally, the Written Public Comments file has been updated and is available for review as well.
