Providing 142 free meals to the local community

The Leret Partnership continues to support the Leatherhead community while the planning process for the Swan Centre and Bull Hill progresses.
In January 2026, we funded 142 free meals at Lavender Cafe in the Swan Centre, supporting a valued local business and offering practical assistance to some of the local residents most in need.
We hope to play a positive role in Leatherhead, not only through long-term investment, but by supporting community-focused initiatives in the town centre today.

Welcoming students from Therfield School

As part of our ongoing commitment to nurturing future talent and supporting education in the communities where we work, we were proud to offer students from Therfield School a unique opportunity to gain real insight into the property development and construction industry.

During their time with us, students visited one of our live town centre regeneration sites to see first-hand how developments take shape. They also spent time in our central London office, engaging with teams across development, legal, finance, sales and marketing, project management, and design - learning how each department contributes to the success of a project and how we collaborate to deliver complex schemes.

This experience offered valuable context around the Government’s regeneration agenda and demonstrated how our work helps shape vibrant, inclusive communities. By involving students from areas where we’re delivering major redevelopment, we created meaningful opportunities for them to see how thoughtful, inclusive planning strengthens neighbourhoods and builds long-term social and economic resilience.

We’re proud to inspire the next generation of changemakers and share our passion for transforming places and creating lasting impact.

A Fantastic Day of Community Spirit in Action!

7 amazing team members joined forces with the incredible Eddie McArdle, who runs the Leatherhead Poors Allotment on Bye Pass Road, to give the site a summer-ready boost!

Together, they:

🧑‍🌾 Sowed fresh vegetables
🌸 Planted beautiful flowers
✂️ Tidied up and cut the grass
🎨 Gave the cabin a fresh lick of paint

All in support of Eddie’s inspiring work with young people in the local community. A big thank you to everyone involved in making a difference!

A Day of Fun and Creativity Building Tomorrow’s Town

Thank you to the Swan Centre for hosting a fantastic day of fun and creativity as families were invited to bring out their inner architect and build a wonderful Brick Town.

It was great to see the creations everyone came up with and The Leret Partnership is delighted it could take part in such a great community event.

Keeping Leatherhead Tidy – Volunteers Take to the Streets

Mole Valley District Council and Kier Property, along with some of their dedicated consultants joined forces for a litter pick in Leatherhead.

It was fantastic to see everyone working together to help keep the town clean and green.

A big thank you to all who took part – small actions like this make a big difference in the community! Great teamwork!

Mansion House Gardens

Mansion House Gardens

An exciting day volunteering at Mansion House Gardens! As part of our commitment to Leatherhead’s Regeneration of Bull Hill and the Swan Centre.

Our team came together to support the local community by lending a hand in revitalising this beautiful green space.

From planting new flowers to clearing pathways, every effort was about creating a welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy.

It’s amazing to see the impact we can make when we work together for a greener, more vibrant Leatherhead.

Thanks to all who joined and supported the day’s efforts!
