Kier Property update

Following Kier Group’s announcement on 14th September that it will focus on expanding its successful Infrastructure and Construction businesses, and will not be pursuing new site acquisitions within its property business, Kier Property, we would like to reassure residents and stakeholders that the joint venture arrangements and agreed business plans with Mole Valley District Council for The Leret Partnership, and the regeneration of Bull Hill and the Swan Centre, remain unchanged.
