Welcoming students from Therfield School

Kier Property is looking forward to welcoming students from Therfield School for work experience in early July!

As part of our ongoing commitment to nurturing future talent and supporting education in the communities where we work, we’re excited to offer students a unique opportunity to gain real insight into the property development and construction industry.

During their time with us, students will:

• Visit one of our live town centre regeneration sites to see first-hand how developments take shape.
• Spend time in our central London office with teams across development, legal, finance, sales & marketing, project management and design.
• Learn how each department contributes to the success of a project and how we collaborate to bring complex schemes to life.

This experience will provide valuable context around the Government’s regeneration agenda and show how our work plays a role in shaping vibrant, inclusive communities for the future.

By actively engaging students in the communities where we have redevelopment projects, we create meaningful opportunities for them to see firsthand how thoughtful, inclusive planning can strengthen neighbourhoods. This exposure helps students understand the impact of design, policy, and development choices—not just in terms of infrastructure, but in how they shape social connections, economic opportunity, and long-term resilience. Early involvement empowers the community to become informed, empathetic changemakers, while also bringing fresh energy and ideas into the redevelopment process that can help drive positive, lasting change.

We’re proud to inspire the next generation and share our passion for transforming places and creating lasting impact.
