August 2026 Status Update and Lookahead to upcoming work
• Del Dr: Lime treated subgrade complete, asphalt scheduled for week of Aug. 4th.
• Water line tie-in at Del & Donna to be 8/18/2026
• Donna Rd: Prepping for sod.
• Jupiter Dr: Demolition completed, first mix of lime was on 7/28/2026.
• Neptune Dr: Asphalt scheduled for July 31st. Backfilling & placing topsoil, prepping for sod.
• Pershing Dr: Concrete crews resumed work on Pershing Drive on 7/28/2026, forming and prepping for sidewalk construction.
• Selene Dr: Backfilling to start.
• Riney Rd: Sanitary Sewer installation complete, roadway demo to start next.
• Royal Acres: Water main and services installation to be completed & hydrostatic test, 7/31/2026. Chlorination week of 8/3/2026. Water main tie-in at Royal Acres & Sherman scheduled for 8/6/2026.
• Redstone Rd - South Half (hercules to Atlas) - Earthwork crews working on backfill & topsoil getting it prepped for sod. North Half (Atlas to Neptune)– Sundt continues sewer installation which will be completed by Tuesday, August 4th.

Punch List Progress, Sundt continues to hold weekly internal punch list meetings to ensure all outstanding items are being addressed.
• Sheraton Rd & Huntington Dr: Working through City's Street punch list. Utility punch list walk with City of Denton took place 7/30/2026.
• Sunnydale Ln: Sundt's internal punch list corrections are ongoing.
• Apollo Dr & Titan Tr: Sundt's Internal punch list corrections are ongoing.
• Wellington Dr & Buckingham Dr: Sundt's Internal punch list corrections are ongoing.
• Northridge: Utility Punch list corrections are ongoing – one outstanding item remaining (bolts are on order for the one item). Street punch list closed out.
