Neighborhood 1B
The 2019 Bond Neighborhood 1B project is a part of a multi-phase street reconstruction project to rebuild existing streets that have reached the end of their useful life. Maps are provided at the bottom for all streets that will be part of the Neighborhood 1B project as well as the breakdown of the phases. Street reconstruction will include new curb and gutter, sidewalk and pedestrian improvements, reconstructed asphalt roadways and upgrading select water, and wastewater facilities.

Utility improvements continue along various streets as well as road reconstruction on several street segments.

The contractor continues to make progress with utility installation along various segments of the project.

With this project officially underway, the contractor has begun the removal of existing asphalt paving and curb and gutter along several segments.

Neighborhood 1B construction contract with Sundt Construction will go to City Council for approval on March 4, 2025.
