July 2026 Update & Lookahead

• Royal Acres – Waterline and services construction ongoing
• Del – Crew continues mainline sewer. Waterline construction and services tentatively planned to be completed week of 07/13. Roadway removals started on Del, earthwork to begin week of 07/13 and prepping for lime scheduled for 7/20/2026.
• Riney - Sewer scheduled to start week of 07/13.
• Donna – Driveways completed, curb & gutter being completed. Backfilling ongoing. 2” Surface for asphalt scheduled for 7/15/2026.
• Redstone:
o South Half – Driveways and curb and gutter construction completed from Hercules to Atlas. Sidewalk will start being poured 07/10. 2” surface asphalt scheduled for 7/17/2026.
o North Half - Redstone Sewer started on 7/8, and ongoing.
• Neptune – Concrete flatwork to start week of 07/13.
• Jupiter Drive – Jupiter waterline and services installation will be completed by end of week of 07/13, hydrostatic testing to start end of week of 07/05. Will begin mobilizing for demo towards end of week of 07/05.
• Pershing – ATMOS gas line relocation slated to be completed by mid July enabling Sundt to complete the remainder of the improvements.
