Sunnydale Lane: Kings Row to Sun Valley Dr. –Driveways and Sidewalk underway. Asphalt to follow, tentatively 11/23.
Northridge/South side – All Sanitary Sewer complete.
Northridge Street: Hinkle Dr. to Bolivar St. – Removals complete Mesquite to Bolivar. Grading underway. Lime tentatively 11/18 for Mesquite to Carroll.
Donna: Elm to End– Sanitary sewer materials delivered and potholing underway. Sanitary sewer to follow.
Pershing Drive: Atlas Dr. to Stuart Rd. – Water main and service work started.
Sheraton Road: Imperial Dr. to Sun Valley Dr – Street graded for better access. On hold until Northridge earthwork crew is available.
Huntington Dr: Sun Valley to Hercules Ln. – Sanitary sewer nearly complete, expected to finish this week. Crew beginning to prep Buckingham for sanitary sewer.
Buckingham Dr: Sherman Dr. to Hercules Ln. – Street noticed today. Sanitary sewer starting following Huntington. Manholes being delivered 11/17.
Apollo Drive: Selene Dr. to Redstone Rd. – Sanitary sewer installation. Continuing to encounter hard rock in excavation slowing progress. Estimated to complete is 1 week, then starting water.
Titan Trail – Sanitary sewer construction underway. Estimated time to complete is 2 weeks (11/26). Crew will move to Royal Acres to begin sanitary sewer.
Royal Acres – Tentative mobilization 12/1 to start sanitary sewer.
Camelot Street: Hercules Ln. to Stuart Rd – Sod and Stripe complete.
Yellowstone Place: Hercules Lane to Juno Ln – Sod complete. One house needs sprinkler repairs completing this week.
Juno Lane: Atlas Dr. to Stuart Rd – Sod and Stripe complete.
Cactus Circle: Yucca Dr. to Cul-de-sac – Sod complete. One house needs sprinkler repairs completing this week.
Huisache Street: Aspen Dr. to Yucca Dr. – Sod complete.
Redstone Road: Hercules Ln. End – Sanitary sewer delayed for Atmos gas line conflicts. Coordination on-going to work through conflicts if possible.
