January Update and Lookahead

• Sunnydale – Final grading and sod over the next few weeks. Pavement striping as weather allows.
• Northridge Roadway –Concrete crew working through curb and gutter to be followed by other concrete flatwork.
• Donna – Sanitary sewer construction underway. Approximately 4 weeks of sewer work remaining on Donna and will proceed onto Del Drive.
• Pershing – Water main fire hydrant installation underway. Final checks in preparation for hydrostatic tests. Chlorination and testing commencing 01-09-2025. Roadway removal and reconstruction to follow.
• Sheraton – 1st lift of Hot Mix Asphalt placed. Concrete work to follow Northridge Street.
• Huntington – 1st lift of Hot Mix Asphalt placed. Concrete work to follow Sheraton.
• Apollo – Sanitary sewer complete. Water main construction underway.
• Titan Trail – Sanitary sewer complete. Water main construction underway.
• Camelot – Repair of roadway under review.
• Yellowstone – Final Streets walk tentatively mid-January.
• Juno – Final walk tentatively mid-January. Work by third party on street.
• Cactus Cir – Final walk tentatively mid-January.
• Huisache – Final walk tentatively mid-January.
• Redstone – Sanitary Sewer delayed for Atmos gas line conflicts. Coordination on-going to work through conflicts.
