April 2026 Update and Lookahead

• Buckingham – Sewer construction progressing. Milling and demo completed from Sheraton to Hercules, roadway construction underway North half of Buckingham.
• Wellington – Sewer construction complete, roadway removal will commence at beginning of April.
• Del – Sewer started and progressing, waterline work to follow.
• Donna – RCP ordered, installation and completion of waterline and sewer line to follow Del completion. Waterline tie-in pending redesign at Donna and Elm.
• Pershing – Concrete crew started curb and gutter and driveways on North Side, beginning curb and gutter on south side. Sidewalk and South driveways will await ATMOS relocation.
• Apollo – Water main testing & chlorination completed. Service switch over week of 3/30/2026. Roadway construction to follow.
• Titan Trail – Hot Mix Asphalt 1st lift placed. Concrete crews expected to mobilize to street next week.
• Redstone – Sundt continues sewer construction. Waterline started week of 3/30/2026.
• Neptune – Sanitary sewer installation resuming week of 4/6/26.
• Selene – Demo and rough grading complete, prepping for lime and roadway construction.
• Northridge Roadway – Sundt working through final grading, sprinkler repairs, and finishes. Manhole lining completed. Final sod as weather allows.
• Sheraton – Surface lift of Hot Mix Asphalt placed. Final sod as weather allows.
• Huntington – Surface lift of Hot Mix Asphalt placed. Final sod as weather allows.
• Sunnydale – Sundt working through final finishes. Final sod as weather allows.
• Juno – Sundt completing punchlist corrections. Driveways sealed.
• Cactus Circle – Sundt completing punchlist corrections.
• Huisache – Sundt completing punchlist corrections. Manhole lining complete.
• Camelot – Driveways sealed.
• Yellowstone – Driveways sealed. Final sod as weather allows.
