February Update and Lookahead

• Northridge Roadway – Concrete crew completing remaining flatwork. Sewer encasement scheduled for next week. Final Hot Mix Asphalt placement tentatively scheduled for week of 2/16/26.
• Buckingham – Utility locates underway with sanitary sewer construction expected for week of 2/9/26. Some utility conflicts identified.
• Donna – Sanitary sewer construction underway. Approximately 2 weeks of sewer work remaining on Donna and will proceed into Del Drive.
• Pershing – Lime being placed this week and final remix and grading to be completed next. Hot Mix Asphalt placement tentatively scheduled for 2/19/26.
• Sheraton – Crew mobilizing to begin curb and gutter construction next week.
• Huntington – Concrete flatwork will commence along with Sheraton.
• Apollo – Water main construction underway with chlorination and testing expected in the next two weeks. Roadway work will follow with the completion of Titan Trail.
• Titan Trail – Water main construction to be completed this week with chlorination and testing to follow. Roadway removals and subgrade preparation will follow Pershing.
• Royal Acres – Notices to be distributed this week with crew mobilizing for utility locating the week of 2/9/26.
• Sunnydale – Sundt working through final finishes. Scheduling sod, as season allows.
• Camelot – Driveway sealing in the coming weeks as schedule allows.
• Yellowstone – Driveway sealing in the coming weeks as schedule allows. Final sod as weather allows.
• Juno – Exploratory work on manhole at Stuart expected the week of 2/9/26.
• Cactus Cir – Punchlist repairs to be scheduled in the next weeks.
• Huisache – Punchlist repairs to be scheduled in the next weeks.
• Redstone – Sanitary Sewer delayed for Atmos gas line conflicts. Coordination on-going to work through conflicts.
