• Northridge Roadway – Roadway is complete. SUNDT working through final grading, sprinkler repairs and finishes. Manhole lining scheduled next week
• Buckingham – Sewer construction progressing on North end of street. Preparations for Water main relocation on 3/11/26.
• Donna – RCP ordered to continue to the end of the street. Tentatively scheduled week of 3/16/26.
• Pershing – Concrete crew mobilizing next week to start curb and gutter. Sidewalk and South driveways will await ATMOS relocation.
• Sheraton – Concrete works complete. Backfill next week with Hot Mix Asphalt tentatively 3/16.
• Huntington – Concrete works completing this week. Backfill next week with Hot Mix Asphalt tentatively 3/16.
• Apollo – Water main testing underway. Roadway scheduled for lime mix next week. Service switch over tentatively next week.
• Titan Trail – Lime stabilization underway. Hot Mix Asphalt 1st lift tentative for 3/18. Some utility conflicts being reviewed for sidewalk construction.
• Sunnydale – Sundt working through final finishes. Scheduling sod, as season allows.
• Camelot – Driveway sealing in the coming weeks as schedule allows.
• Yellowstone – Driveway sealing in the coming weeks as schedule allows. Final sod as weather allows.
• Juno – Sundt completing punchlist corrections.
• Cactus Cir – Sundt completing punchlist corrections.
• Huisache – Sundt completing punchlist corrections. Manhole lining scheduled next week.
• Redstone – Sundt has resumed sewer construction following ATMOS relocations.
• Wellington – Sewer construction underway, expected for 3 more weeks then roadway removal will commence.
