May 2026 Update and Lookahead

• Buckingham – Driveways complete on North Half - backfill and asphalt prep started and ongoing, with asphalt scheduled for week of 5/4. For the South Half – curb and gutter to begin week of 5/4.

• Royal Acres – Potholing for sanitary sewer installation, one manhole installed. Crew will be off-site week of 5/4, scheduled to resume 5/11/2026.

• Wellington – Lime remixed, fine grading and prepping for asphalt, asphalt scheduled for week of 5/4.

• Del – Sewer to resume week of 5/4, water to follow.

• Donna – Water lined tie-in at Donna and Elm on West Side of Donna. Hydrostatic testing completed, chlorination set for 5/1.

• Redstone – Waterline and short services installation complete. Long water services installation ongoing, should be complete mid week of 5/4.

• Neptune – Waterline installation progressing.

• Jupiter Drive – Sanitary sewer progressing.

• Apollo – Curb and gutter work completed, driveways to week of 5/4.

• Pershing – North side received sod, Green Scaping on site 4/28/2026. Sidewalk and South driveways will await ATMOS relocation, SPS onsite work started on 4/27/2026.

• Titan Trail – Driveways & sidewalks complete. Backfill and asphalt prep to start week of 5/4.

• Selene – Concrete curb and gutter work ongoing, scheduled to be finished 5/1. Driveways starting week of 5/4.
• Northridge Roadway – Sundt & City Punchlist walk scheduled for Monday, May 4th.

• Sheraton, Huntington, Sunnydale – Green Scaping installed sod on 4/28/2026. AWP installed striping on Sheraton & Huntington 4/28/2026. Sundt walked Sheraton & Huntington and generated internal punchlist.

• Juno, Cactus Circle, and Huisache – Sundt working through completing punch list items from final walk and inspection.
