December 2025 Construction Update

Work Packages 2 and 3 are in construction with anticipated completion Q4 2026.

Streets with active construction:

Utilities:

• Alice (Panhandle / Crescent) – Continue installation of sewer lines followed by water main.
• Parkway (Denton / Carroll) – Continue sewer lines followed by water main.

Earthwork/Flatwork:

• Amarillo (Haynes / Congress E) – Curb, gutter, driveways, and miscellaneous concrete followed by backfill and sod.
• Cordell (Coit / Fulton) – Curb and gutter to begin.
• Denton St. (Hickory / Congress E) – ATMOS re-design.
• Egan (East - Anna / Bolivar) - Grading followed by mixing subgrade and 1st lift of asphalt.
• Mounts (Haynes / Congress E) – Removals followed by subgrade, asphalt, and flatwork concrete.
• Normal (Scripture / Oak) - Grading roadway followed by mixing subgrade.
• Ponder (Scripture / Grace Temple) – Begin curb and gutter.
• Ponder (Panhandle / Egan) – Removals to being.
• Prairie (Welch / Bernard) – Mixing subgrade followed by grading and 1st lift of asphalt.
• Scripture (Jagoe / Ponder) – ATMOS re-design.
• Welch / Sycamore Intersection – Removals, grading, flexbase install, and 1st lift of asphalt to begin.
• Welch (Mulberry / Hickory) – Final lift of asphalt followed by signage, sod, and TCP removal.
