Neighborhood 2 & 6
The Neighborhood 2 & 6 reconstruction is an approximately $80 million project funded by the 2019 Street Rehabilitation Bond Program. Covering about 120 road segments, this project is part of a multi‑phase effort to rebuild streets that have reached the end of their useful life.
Maps are available showing all streets included in the Neighborhood 2 & 6 project, along with the phase breakdown (Packages 1, 2, and 3). Reconstruction work will include new curbs and gutters, asphalt or concrete roadway surfaces, and upgrades to select water and wastewater facilities. Some locations will also receive sidewalk and street lighting upgrades.
Project Timeline Q4 2022 - Q4 2026*
*Estimated project timelines may change due to weather, contractor scheduling, among other factors and will be updated as needed.
