March 2026 Construction Update

Work Packages 2 and 3 are in construction with anticipated completion Q4 2026.

Streets with active construction:

Utilities:

• Bernard North (Chestnut / Hickory) – Continue installing 8" water main on line A followed by chlorination and tie-ins.

Earthwork/Flatwork:

• Alice (Panhandle / Crescent) – Curb and gutter, driveways, sidewalks, and miscellaneous concrete.
• Denton St. (Hickory / Congress E) – ATMOS delay.
• Egan (East - Anna / Bolivar) – Pending placement of sod.
• Emery and Fulton – Continue driveways and miscellaneous concrete work.
• Normal (Scripture / Oak) – Pending placement of sod and striping.
• Panhandle (Fulton / Denton) – Continue sidewalks and miscellanous concrete work.
• Parkway (Denton / Carroll) – Begin curb, gutter, driveways, and miscellaneous concrete work.
• Ponder (Grace Temple / Oak) – Continue curb, gutter, driveways, and miscellaneous concrete.
• Prairie – Concrete sidewalk at Bernard.
• Scripture West (Malone / Bryan) – Continue rough grading followed by lime treated subgrade.
• Scripture East (Bryan / Ponder) – Continue rough grading followed by lime treated subgrade.
• Sunset (Carroll / Bolivar) – Continue driveways and miscellaneous concrete followed by backfilling and sod.
