February 2026 Construction Update - 2

Work Packages 2 and 3 are in construction with anticipated completion Q4 2026.

Streets with active construction:

Utilities:

• Alice (Panhandle / Crescent) – Tie-ins have been competed.
• Ponder / Scripture – Continue installing multiple inlets.
• Bernard North (Chestnut / Hickory) – Started installing 8" water main on line B followed by chlorination and tie-ins.

Earthwork/Flatwork:

• Alice (Panhandle / Crescent) – Demo and asphalt removals to begin followed by rough grading.
• Denton St. (Hickory / Congress E) – ATMOS delay.
• Egan (Anna / Bolivar) – Pending placement of sod.
• Emery and Fulton – Continue curb and gutter followed by driveways and miscellaneous concrete work.
• Normal (Scripture / Oak) – Pending placement of sod and striping.
• Panhandle (Fulton / Denton) – Continue curb and gutter followed by driveways and miscellanous concrete work.
• Parkway (Denton / Carroll) – Concrete removals to begin followed by rough grading.
• Ponder (Panhandle / Egan) – Continue installing curb and gutter followed by backfilling and asphalt.
• Ponder (Egan / Scripture) – 2nd and final lift of asphalt to be placed followed by striping and signage.
• Ponder (Scripture / Grace Temple) – 2nd and final lift of asphalt to be placed followed by striping and signage.
• Scripture (Jagoe / Ponder) – ATMOS delay followed by re-installing traffic control.
• Sunset (Carroll / Bolivar) – Curb and gutter to begin.
