November 2025 Construction Update

Work Packages 2 and 3 are in construction with anticipated completion Q4 2026.

Streets with active construction:

Utilities:

• Normal (W. Oak / Scripture) – Continue installing reinforced concrete pipe.
• Alice (Panhandle / Crescent) – Continue installation of sewer lines followed by water mains and laterals.
• Parkway (Denton / Carroll) – Continue boring water line across Carroll and sewer main folled by water lines.

Earthwork/Flatwork:

• Amarillo (Haynes / Congress E) – Curb, gutter, driveways, and miscellaneous concrete.
• Cordell (Coit / Fulton) – Sod, striping, singange, and traffic control removal to be completed.
• Denton St. (Hickory / Congress E) – ATMOS re-design.
• Egan (West - Carroll / Anna) - Continue curb, gutter, and miscellaneous concrete work followed by sod and final lift of asphalt.
• Egan (East - Anna / Bolivar) - Traffic control placement followed by removals.
• Emery & Fulton - Begin curb and gutter.
• Mounts (Haynes / Congress E) – Continue curb, gutter, driveways, and miscellaneous concrete work followed by sod.
• Normal (Scripture / Oak) - Traffic control placed followed by removals.
• Ponder (Scripture / Grace Temple) – Being curb and gutter.
• Ponder (Egan / Scripture - Lime followed by fine grading and 1st lift of asphalt.
• Scripture (Jagoe / Ponder) – ATMOS re-design.
• Sunset (University / Alice) – Parking lot asphalt to be placed.
• Welch (Highland / Prairie) – 2nd lift of asphalt compete followed by 3rd lift, striping, signage, and traffic control removal.
• Welch (Mulberry / Hickory) – Continue curb, gutter, driveways, and miscellaneous concrete work followed by sod and final lift of asphalt.
