The topographic survey and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) activities have been successfully completed, providing a solid foundation for the next phases of the project. The Third Party Real Estate team is currently working on processing the necessary Right of Way and easements, which are crucial for project progression. Meanwhile, the design work is advancing and is approximately 95% complete. As these critical elements come together, attention will soon turn to finalizing the remaining design details and addressing any outstanding issues related to property acquisition and coordination.
