Right-of-way acquisition for Phase 2 is on hold until further notice.
Right-of-way acquisition for Phase 2 is on hold until further notice. Once again, the project limits for Phase 2 are from Barrow Drive to Windsor Drive and then from Westgate Drive to the I35 Access Road.
