Utility Work

• Buckingham – Concrete driveways work ongoing, backfilling to begin once complete on South half. North half backfilled and awaiting sod.
• Royal Acres – Sanitary sewer installation ongoing, installed approximately 700 LF of sewer main.
• Del – Sanitary Sewer and waterline work being installed simultaneously.
• Donna –Lime placement week of 6/1. Base course of Hot Mix Asphalt scheduled for week of 6/8.
• Redstone – Demo and rough grading ongoing on South half of roadway, between Hercules and Atlas Drive, lime placement week of 6/8. North half waterline installation ongoing.
• Neptune – Hydrostatic testing waterline currently, chlorination date TBD. Waterline tie-in at Neptune & Selene scheduled for 6/15/2026. Removals to start week of 6/8.
• Jupiter Drive – Sanitary sewer complete to end, manhole at Redstone & Jupiter being set 6/5. Encountering rock on this street and also encountered old and delicate existing Atmos gas line which is affecting production rates. Waterline planned to start week of 6/8.
• Pershing – Sidewalk and South driveways awaiting ATMOS relocation tentatively scheduled to be completed week of 6/22
• Titan Trail – Hot Mix Asphalt scheduled for week of 6/15
• Selene – Driveway construction started 6/5, will complete remaining driveways week of 6/8.
