• Royal Acres – Sewer Services completed. Waterline has started potholing for existing utilities and installation.
• Del – Sanitary Sewer with CSS rework started on 6/09/2026 for 116’ section that was previously backfilled with CLSM – currently 108 LF of 116 LF complete, should be complete tomorrow. Will continue remaining sanitary sewer installation once rework is complete. Waterline installed from STA 5+000 to STA 7+00 (Donna), will resume water construction after sewer completed.
• Donna – Curb and gutter will be completed this week, driveways to begin next week. Cut & capped existing waterline on Donna & Elm and end of Donna (2 ea).
• Redstone – South Half – C&G completed to Atlas. North half installation of waterline main and services completed. Redstone Sewer Lines A, B, C, D tentatively scheduled to start next week.
• Neptune – Water tie-in with City of Denton at Selene scheduled for 6/25/2026, tying in water services at the same time. 1st lift of HMAC scheduled for Friday, 6/26/2026.
• Jupiter Drive – Jupiter waterline installation work ongoing, encountering rock. Waterline completed to STA 7+40.
• Pershing – Sidewalk and South driveways awaiting ATMOS relocation, SPS onsite, work started on 4/27/2026. SPS has an updated completion date of mid July 2026.
AWAITING FINAL SODDING – Green Scaping’s sod farm received rain, pushed their start date back to June 25th.
• Wellington – Backfilled, awaiting sod.
• Apollo – Backfilled, awaiting sod.
• Buckingham – Backfilled, awaiting sod.
• Titan Trail – Backfilled, awaiting sod.
