April 2026 Construction Update

Work Packages 2 and 3 are in construction with anticipated completion Q4 2026.

Streets with active construction:

Utilities:

• Bernard North (Chestnut / Hickory) – Tie-ins scheduled.

Earthwork/Flatwork:

• Alice (Panhandle / Crescent) – Continue driveways and miscellaneous concrete followed by backfilling and sod.
• Cordell Change Order – Removals complete and concrete work to begin.
• Denton St. (Hickory / Congress E and Oak) – ATMOS delay.
• Egan (East - Anna / Bolivar) – Pending placement of sod.
• Emery and Fulton – Pending final lift of asphalt followed by striping and signage.
• Normal (Scripture / Oak) – Pending placement of sod and striping.
• Panhandle (Fulton / Denton) – Pending sod placement at driveways and final lift of asphalt.
• Parkway (Denton / Carroll) – Pending sod placement and final lift of asphalt followed by striping and signage.
• Ponder (Grace Temple / Oak) – Pending final lift of asphalt followed by striping and signage.
• Prairie – Pending striping at Bernard crosswalk.
• Scripture West (Malone / Bryan) – Continue rough grading followed by lime treated subgrade.
• Scripture East (Bryan / Ponder) – Continue rough grading followed by lime treated subgrade.
• Sunset (Carroll / Bolivar) – Pending final lift of asphalt followed by striping and signage.
