April 2026 Construction Update - 2

Work Packages 2 and 3 are in construction with anticipated completion Q4 2026.

Streets with active construction:

Utilities:

• Bernard North (Chestnut / Hickory) – Pending installation of storm drain and inlets.

Earthwork/Flatwork:

• Alice (Panhandle / Crescent) – Continue miscellaneous concrete followed by backfilling and sod.
• Cordell Change Order – Continue forming concrete.
• Denton St. (Congress / Oak) – Demo flume followed by concrete placement of sidewalk and ramps.
• Emery and Fulton – Pending traffic control removals.
• Panhandle (Fulton / Denton) – Pending placement of sod at driveways and traffic control removals.
• Parkway (Denton / Carroll) – Pending placement of sod.
• Ponder (Grace Temple / Oak) – Pending placement of sod.
• Scripture West (Malone / Ponder) – Pending placement of lime and remix followed by fine grading and first lift of asphalt.
• Sunset (Carroll / Bolivar) – Pending removals of traffic control.
