April 2026 Construction Update - 3

Work Packages 2 and 3 are in construction with anticipated completion Q4 2026.

Streets with active construction:

Utilities:

• Bernard North (Chestnut / Hickory) – Pending installation of storm drain and inlets.

Earthwork/Flatwork:

• Alice (Panhandle / Crescent) – Pending backfill and placement of sod.
• Bernard North (Chestnut / Hickory) – Begin locates and demo.
• Cordell Change Order – Pending placement of sod.
• Denton St. (Congress / Oak) – Pending backfill and placement of sod followed by final lift of asphalt.
• Panhandle (Fulton / Denton) – Pending placement of sod at driveways and miscellaneous sidewalks.
• Ponder (Grace Temple / Oak) – Pending placement of sod.
• Scripture West (Malone / Ponder) – Completed first lift of asphalt followed by curb, gutter, and sidewalks.
