Construction Update

We are excited to share that the long design and approval process for the Dudley Road Project Phases 3 & 4 has been completed in collaboration with the Kentucky Highway Department. With the final drawings now approved, the project has advanced to environmental and traffic management reviews.

Pending these approvals, we anticipate bidding the project in late February or early March 2025. If all goes as planned, we hope to award the contract by May and begin construction in late summer or early fall.

We understand the importance of minimizing disruptions, particularly in front of St. Pius School during the academic year. Additionally, we will carefully coordinate construction to accommodate July events, including festivals and 4th of July activities. While challenges are inevitable, we are committed to ensuring these cherished community events proceed as planned.
