We are thrilled to announce that we are nearing the completion of the Dudley Road construction project, and we are gearing up to begin phases 3 and 4 during the summer of 2024. The Dudley Road project has been a monumental undertaking, encompassing five total phases with a total construction cost exceeding $12 million. This transformative project spans nearly 3 miles in length, providing a significant improvement for our community's infrastructure and connectivity.

Project Length: The construction project covers an approximate 3-mile stretch of Dudley Road, starting at Madison Pike and concluding at Dixie Highway.

Project Timeline:

Our dedicated engineering team has been diligently working with the Kentucky Highway Department to finalize construction documents for the past 6-9 months. In November, we submitted the final plans for review and approval. We are on track to secure approval by February 2024 and anticipate bidding the project in May 2024. Construction is scheduled to commence in late 2024 to early 2025, with an expected completion date in spring 2026.
