The purpose of this project is to improve the aging infrastuture of 9th Street North as part of the overall City of Fargo improvement efforts

Project Location
9th Street North from 7th Avenue to 10th Avenue; 8th Avenue North from 9th Street to 10th Street; 9th Avenue North from 10th Street to 8th Street; and 10th Avenue North from 10th Street to 9th Street.

Full roadway reconstruction inclucing

1. Water main replacement
2. Water service replacement (to curb stop valve)
3. Sanitary sewer main replacement
4. Sanitary sewer service replacement (to behind the curb)
5. New storm sewer inlets and leads
6. Driveway approaches (up to sidewalk)
7. Sidewalk replacement
8. Asphalt pavement
