Design approach: public spaces and landscaping
We are committed to improving the local environment through cleaner, greener and more pedestrian-friendly spaces.

Proposals for Davies Mews
Davies Mews, which is currently underutilised and dominated by cars and delivery vehicles, would become the heart of the South Molton Triangle.

Proposals for South Molton Lane
Improved paving, new lighting and small shop units would make the lane a more pleasant route through the area.

Proposals for Davies Mews and South Molton Lane
The junction of these two streets would become an inviting public space with improved paving, new seating and planting, and a new passageway through to South Molton Street.

Proposals for Brook Street
The historic townhouses at 40-46 Brook Street would be refurbished into a 31-bed hotel with a new restaurant that opens onto Davies Mews.
