Thank you for taking part in last year’s survey - we made several changes based on the comments received, including: 
•    Implementing various actions to help Mayfair feel safer such as hosting workshops with the Met Police, engaging with the council's Safer Neighbourhood team, and working with homelessness charities. 
•    Introducing a simplified lease and fit out guide to make it easier for new tenants.
•    Reviewing our facilities management team structure to improve responsiveness.
•    Better promotion of our Mayfair Club loyalty scheme and adding more local discounts.
