The current consultation is now closed. Community Engagement
We are still at a very early stage of the planning process, so our focus so far has been on understanding the local priorities that should guide our approach to master-planning and creating the Vision.

We want North Uttlesford to be a sustainable community that has a positive impact on the environment and society for present and future generations.
What sustainability measures do you think are most important?

We will ensure that our proposals bring forward transport infrastructure in the
right place and at the right time.
What are your priorities regarding transport infrastructure?
Homes
North Uttlesford Garden Community will deliver up to 5,000 new homes in a range of sizes and tenures within an attractive setting. What are your priorities for housing?
