July update

Mill Spur Yard's Historical Museum and retail spaces are coming along quite nicely! The slab has been poured, framing erected, and site grading refined. Upcoming work includes installing the exterior shell, siding, roofing, and integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. See a presentation of how the site has progressed here
