Final Pilot Implementation Memorandum

With the conclusion of the Pilot Study, the City has collaborated with PH Consulting to compile and analyze the collected data.

PH Consulting has prepared a final memorandum summarizing the findings and outcomes of the program.

The City has now received the final memo and is making it publicly available to share the results with all interested parties.
