The Fall 2025 update reported that the City was to begin accepting bids for construction. The The city is very excited to announce that a construction contract was awarded in early January. A kick-off meeting was held on January 14, 2026; the contractor is already onsite, and will work through the summer, with construction scheduled to be completed in October 2026.
